Got in a car accident today. Theres about $3,000 worth of damage to my car.. :(
Thankfully this is no where near enough to total her, and I have to call the insurance. Mark thinks he can fix most of it but the body panel that was damaged in the hit.

I'm alright. Very shaken, I've never been in an accident before. I also have a very nice green bruse forming where my seatbelt goes across my lap.

I'm so in love its nerdy.

My beloved gave me an oil filter gasket to wear as a bracelet and all I could do was go "aweeee!!" and he grinned stupidly.

God I love Mark.

I was drawing serandite tonight and needed a ref, so I got into my 'refrance' folder for some help, however...

the little evil blue e on my tool bar ensnared my attention and I started surfing the net. :|

This is why I've started working on artwork away from my computer. I get nothing done because of this damn thing.

Been sick the last week. Feeling a bit better now. Very happy to be off the couch finally!

There are a lot of decisions I need to make in the next week. I'm not sure how to handle them.

So I've been buying some games for Mark off of Ebay, older games, like SimCity 2000 and Sim Tower, etc. I purchased a copy of SimCity 2000 that came with a copy of the manual.

They arrived in the mail today, and when I opened the package, I literally GAGGED. The envelope was like a ticking cigerette smell time bomb. I'm not useually sensitive to the smell of cigerettes but this was so powerful that I'm going to leave the games in the sack until I can take it to my mothers house and let it air out in her garage for a few days. I probably wouldn't have bought the items if I knew they were from a smoke home, but I didn't want to come off harsh in my letter..

Anyway. I wrote a letter to the ebayer I bought it from, do you guys think this was out of line?

This really has nothing todo with the item, so I didn't want to put it in the feedback, but when I opened the package with our game it in, the smell was overwelming. It was sort of unplesant.
I thought maybe letting you know would be a good idea, so that you could put that your items are from a smoking home in your auctions. It wouldn't have prevented me from buying, but the products do smell heavily, the book in particular.

Was I harsh? I just think it would have been nice if they had warned us ahead of time that the items came from a smoking home. Especially since this person seems to smoke so heavily that I'm actually thinking about throwing the manual away because the smell is so bad.

The book nerd in me is SQUUUEEEEING.

The book sale ended up being in an abandoned Grocery store I used to work at when I was like 16, and there were books as far as the eye could see. There were boxes at the front door, and basically there were signs everywhere saying "All you can fit in the box, $8."

I fit 38 delicious books into my box.

I got books like "Rose without thorns" about Kathrine Howard (Henry's 5th wife), Sex and the City, Girl with the pearl earring, The Devil wears prada, Queen Victories daughters, Memoirs of a geisha and many many many other novels. Lots of historical fiction, which makes me want to pee myself with happiness.

I'm excited. At the moment I'm reading The Secret Garden, but I hope to finish it by next weekend and start in on some of this wonderfullness. I still have to finish reading one more book from my bookrun a few weeks ago, but I ploughed threw 6 books in October. How long do you think 38 books might last me? ;)

I've decided I need a Marie Antoinette, Anne Bolyen, and book worm icons.

Yay. Mark and I have been married one year today.

He's napping, but I'm going to go to a book sale ($8 for anything you can fit in a box! :D) but when I get back I dunno what we're going todo.

Last night/today went well. I put him in the bathroom about 3am last night, and he stayed there till about 10am, when he managed to pull the grate on top of his noggin. So he escaped. No biggie. The litter box in the bathroom was well used :)

This afternoon when I went to work (12pm) I put him back in the bathroom, and he excaped again, I'm not sure at what time, but I know hwo to fix his excaping now.

I gave him some supper, and about 20 minutes later, he went over and peed in the litter box *Cheers* I was so excited, I ekpt praiseing him and saying "good boy!!!" and then ran to get some treats, but I must have startled him because he jumped out of the box, and then wouldn't come near me for a few minutes, as though I might punish him :\ Not sure what that was about, but I gave him some kitty treats and he seemed pretty happy.

Pray this keeps going this well :)

Training Indy is too hard to do when he's free about the house and I'm gone on 8 hour shifts for work, so I'm off to wal*mart to get a cheap baby gate to let him be free roaming in our bathroom (Its decent sized) while we're at work or at night while we sleep. So he'll be able to roam when I'm home (5pm-3am monday & Tuesday, all day wenesday, 1pm-2am thurs & Fri, and all day both weekend days.)

I think this is a fair decision to make. In turn Mark has basically said I can keep him, though I'm to leave the post up on my facebook just incase someone else does indeed want him.

Heres hopeing training goes well. I am well stocked on Kitty treats, and I'm hopeing this week goes well.

No accidents when I got home today, though I fed him, then put him right on the potty this morning, he hid when I tried todo the same this morning *laugh* so.

Moving the larger of the three litter boxes out of the bathroom into the living room for the other two cats, and "Indy's" pan into the bathroom (He likes it cause it has deep sides, I always see him pawing the sides)

I went into work today, and instead of the Halloween decorations that were up on saturday, they had christmas baubles up all over the stores, and christmas trees.. etc.

One of my co-workers said that by 10:00 (Store close) halloween night they had started taking the halloween stuff down already.

I realize.. There was something missing. Hm. What could it be?

Pirate costume is a go, and a success.

Upon trying my old costume on to see if it would work out, and putting on the fishnets/ties/bitch boots, our friend Andrew/Shade said:

Possible change of plans for the costume. I told Mark that he had to promise me to go do SOMETHING with me for halloween (because as of tonight, nothing is planned sans trick or treating)

So he said he'd wear his old pirate costume and we could go as pirates together. Which is very fitting, and sweet - since the day he proposed to me was on Halloween (200..6? or 7?) and we were dressed as pirates.

I'm going to try and make us dead pirates though and try to put skeletons on our faces and make us look dead. :)

Might be a walmart trip in my future tonight.

I test ran my costume tonight, to take pictures for my mom. Also, I wanted to wish everyone Happy Halloween since I don't know where tomorrow will take me :3

Tell you what, The drawing drew itself. I'm letting my legs regain their non-jelly form before I go back to the drawing and flesh out the better parts that I like, but what I have, I'm very pleased with. I'm energized and ready to tackle some more projects I owe (Sans masturbation).

Today at work made me very sad for the generation of children/parents that the kids are hitting 9-14 right now.

I had one girl tell her mother she had a fat ass because her mom was fitting into a size M. SIZE M. In JUNIORS.

I had another girl THROW A DRESS at her mother and tell her to "You stay outside the fitting room! Jesus!" this girl was 9. Maybe. Then she threw a fit because they were shopping at Target and not Arapostle (sp? Thats what it sounded like). Her mom suggestesd Kholes, which is a bit more upscale then we are and the little girl started whineing "But I don't liiiiikeee thhhmeemeemmmm!!!! goodd!!!!"

and the mother just stood there and took it. I would have said "Well, guess what, money dosn't grow on trees, so you get what I'm willing to spend money on, or you go nakked."

I hate working the fitting room. Atleast if I was out on the floor I could walk away from these shinanigans. (P.s. being on the floor is SOOO much fun :D I love putting crap away)

I spent most of the evening once I got off work tonight cleaning the pee spot near the front door to see if I can eliminate the smell. I used Resolve Pet Oder Eliminator (With Enzyme action?), and it said as soon as I did that to spot bot it, so I spot botted it. Then I used Oxyclean on one of the dirt spots.

So then Andrew comes over and says "Well, its a different smell." so I asked if it was better, and he said "Uh, side grade. Still smells." *sigh* I can't win. I can't get that fucking smell out of the entry way.

So far I've tried:
Natures Miracle
Spot Bot (solo)
Resolve Pet Oder Eliminator (and spot botted)
Viniger and water
Baking Soda

I'm about at my wits end. I can afford to rent a rug doctor two weeks from now, but whats to say THAT will get the smell out if all of this shit won't? The only thing left that MIGHT work is that.. Petzyme? But I bet the Resolve Pet Oder Eliminator has the same ingredients. *sigh* I'm tired of a smelly home.

In other news, I got the second bird pinned together, and one side sewn. Mark asked for one in Artemis colors since the other one was accidentally made in Selly colors. *laughs*

also, arms is all I have left on Drykath's third book mark and then I can upload all three for his approval. :)

Its nice to finally see that I've caught up with some of my bills. To look at a monthly bill statement and not see "Past due" or "Last months bill, total due...".

Its rewarding to realize that being vigilent can actually pay off and I can actually keep Mark and I aflout.

If things continue as planning, we'll even be able to spend a little money on each other for christmas, though, I alreayd bought him a gift. hehe, naughty wolf. It was $10 though :)

I bought a deck of cards, and have been playing Solitare and slap jack, and hearts with Mark and friends. Its been proving alot more rewarding then sitting on the computer all day.

I feel in the mood to paint some of those ornements I owe aswell.
